Each contract is associated with a machine that has a serial number that serves as identification. This number is the one linking the contract with the terms and conditions thereof, regardless of the eventual ownership of the machine covered by the warranty.

Every machine sold with extended warranty will have a document with instructions for using the service. The end user of the equipment is subject to special conditions.

We have different maintenance of our equipment in their offices or moving it to yours. For safety: preventive services contract. We will guarantee a review of your equipment in their offices, maintenance and tuning to ensure proper operation when needed.
